- Scheduling reservations and access:
- Use on-line forms for reserving and gaining access to the IRL Flying Arena
- Covid-19 Testing Status must be negative
- Work in lab only during your reserved and approved time periods on lab calendar
- Before and after lab use:
- Students must clean all
- door handles,
- equipment,
- keyboards,
- tables,
- chair arms,
- other items touched
- Students should not share working surfaces during sessions
- Students should wash hands or use hand sanitizer before and after lab sessions
- Cleaning supplies are provided in lab, but bring your own mask
- If supplies are missing, before using lab, contact CSL (300-6315) or lab manager
- Students must clean all
- At all times students must:
- Wear masks (even when working alone)
- Maintain social distancing (>15ft)
- Entering the CSL Studio:
- Access only through the middle outside door (follow signs)
- Please wait for others to enter/exit door
- Do not let others into the lab
- If they should be there, they will have iCard access
- Check for cleaning supplies prior to starting research work
- Protocol while in CSL Studio:
- One person at a time passing through narrow hallways and tight lab areas
- Please wait for others to exit first and follow directional signs
- Thank you for protecting yourself and others!
Policy Violation Repercussions:
- If in CSL buildings without mask you will be asked to leave and return with one
- Neglect in following cleaning/mask/distancing policies can result in suspension of access
- Repeated neglect or refusal to follow policies will result in revoking of lab access
